Good morning, Kissimmee.

Operation Christmas Child is run by Samaritan’s Purse to send shoebox gifts filled with toys and school supplies to children in need.

Although the National Collection Week ended Nov. 24, donors can still build an online shoebox that must be finished by Dec. 31—each gift will be packed and sent with care.

USPS is inviting neighbors in Kissimmee to visit Operation Santa—an online platform where they can adopt real letters to Santa and choose gift items requested by families.

Residents are advised to check shipping dates and print labels online to ensure holiday gifts are sent on time.

The Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller offers local passport services at the courthouse at 2 Courthouse Square in Downtown Kissimmee, where residents can apply for new passports, replacements, and minor applications using the DS-11 form and required documents. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and a virtual queue system cuts wait times—making it easier for residents to complete their applications—especially as demand grows.
