- ➤ The City of Kissimmee Parks and Recreation is offering a Start Smart Lacrosse program for children aged 5 to 7 at Fortune Road Athletic Complex—classes run from 6-7 p.m. on Mondays from Jan. 5 to Feb. 16 with a $75 fee and registration open until Dec. 23. - ➤ The City of Kissimmee awarded Business Boost 2.0 grants to 21 local small businesses for $255,000 and approved another 12 for $150,000 to help cover operating costs and retain employees.
