- ➤ Deerwood Elementary School opened its 34-year-old time capsule Wednesday and uncovered mementos including class photos, handwritten papers, artwork, and a water-damaged teddy bear—items that spark memories of the past. - ➤ Community members and Osceola schools partnered with Scouting America's Central Florida troops to bundle Thanksgiving baskets for the FIT program using donations of over 24,000 pounds of food.
