- ➤ Beverly Hougland, who led the Osceola Council on Aging for 30 years, passed on Sept. 25 and was honored at a memorial service on Wednesday where family, friends + co-workers praised her dedication to seniors and her role in building the Meals on Wheels program. - ➤ Universal Orlando announced that the Stardust Racers roller coaster at Epic Universe will reopen today after a two-week closure following the accidental death of 32-year-old Kevin Zavala—who suffered multiple blunt impact injuries during his ride—and stated that updated safety procedures and ride warnings have been implemented.
