- ➤ A guest at Epic Universe died after riding the Stardust Racers roller coaster late Wednesday and was taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead—Universal said the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and that the attraction remains closed. WESH

- ➤ Viva Osceola returns on October 5 at the Kissimmee Lakefront Festival Lawn with free entry and a day of live music, dance, food, and cultural shows for families. - ➤ The Kissimmee City Commission approved a $310.3 million FY 2026 budget and kept the property tax rate at 4.6253 mills for the 17th year, funding city services from October 1 through September 30.
