  • Valencia College’s Osceola Campus hosted a Semiconductor Ecosystem Reception Wednesday evening to celebrate the launch of Florida’s first A.S. degree in Semiconductor Engineering Technology — a program that offers hands-on training for high-demand semiconductor jobs.   • Three Osceola schools—NeoCity Academy, Osceola County School for the Arts, and Professional and Technical High School—earned top rankings by U.S. News & World Report for strong academics and career readiness, with NeoCity Academy placing second in Florida and 34th nationally. The Osceola County School Board and Education Association reached a tentative contract deal that gives teachers performance pay increases of $350—$500 and a 2% cost of living boost, and the agreement now awaits final ratification.  Around Osceola
