- ➤ Kissimmee City Commission approved a revised noise ordinance Tuesday that limits business noise to 85 decibels from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., 70 decibels from 10 p.m. to midnight and 65 decibels with no speakers from midnight to 7 a.m.—the rules went into effect immediately. - ➤ The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office installed 32 new speed cameras at 16 school zones to catch drivers who exceed the limit by 11 mph and mail a $98 citation that rises to $198 if unpaid—no points will be added to driving records.
