- ➤ Richard Rosario (49), a Kissimmee man freed after a wrongful conviction in a 1996 murder case, was arrested on July 31 in Osceola County on charges of attempted murder when he allegedly fired at a sedan on South Poinciana Boulevard near Crescent Lakes Way on July 29. Around Osceola
