Good morning, Kissimmee.

Tropical Storm Dexter formed on Sunday over the western Atlantic—according to the National Hurricane Center—and is expected to stay away from Kissimmee as it remains off our coast.

Osceola Kowboys head coach Eric Pinellas said senior running back Jeffrey Sinophat, who rushed for nearly 1,000 yards and nine touchdowns last season while playing hurt, is ready to lead the team this season — his quick recovery from surgery and hard work in rehab bolsters his promise. The team will add new players on offense and defense as it faces eight 2024 playoff teams this fall — a tough schedule that promises both challenges and growth.
