Good morning, Kissimmee.

Attorneys in Osceola County will start jury selection in just over a week for Stephan Sterns, who is accused of 60 sexual abuse charges from allegedly abusing 13-year-old Madeline Soto last winter—while a separate trial for a murder charge is set for September and the court has approved restrictions on newspapers, cameras, and cell phones.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office began a crackdown on aggressive driving on Monday morning as part of Operation Southern Slowdown—an initiative to reduce fatalities and crashes amid summer school breaks.

The week-long campaign in partnership with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration continues countywide.
