- ➤ Officers arrested 21-year-old Jairo Pena Espana from Honduras for a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday on Florida Parkway near Birchwood Circle in Kissimmee—he struck a 40-year-old woman who later died at the hospital and now faces charges for leaving the scene of a crash involving death and driving without a license resulting in death as the investigation continues.
