- ➤ The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced a reorganization in Central Florida that creates a new stake in St. Cloud covering congregations in Narcoossee, Canoe Creek, Hickory Tree Branch, St. Cloud, Ellsworth, Kissimmee and Pleasant Hill — and named retired fire chief Warren L. James as stake president. The reorganization also formed the Citrus Ridge Stake and renamed the Orlando West Stake to Winter Garden Stake — changes aimed at better supporting the region's growing membership.
