  • Authorities reported that a pedestrian was crossing Osceola Parkway when a vehicle struck them -- pushing them into an adjacent lane where a second car hit - and officials are seeking the driver of the second vehicle after the victim died at a hospital.  WFTV

CRIME NEWS

  • Edwin Ibanez, a man from Osceola County, was arrested for six retail thefts at Lowe’s in Kissimmee from March 27 to April 28 and admitted to selling stolen merchandise for profit—he now faces charges for grand theft, petit theft, dealing in stolen property, and driving with a suspended license.  WFTV
  • Osceola County Sheriff's Office said Raul Cedeño-Rosado, 30, was arrested Wednesday and is charged with attempt murder in connection with a stabbing at Liberty Inn on North Poinciana Boulevard on June 7 — while Nickolas Steward-Mitchell, 18, was arrested Wednesday, charged with armed robbery with a firearm near Kissimmee View on Sunday — and is held on $15,100 bond.  Around Osceola
