Good morning, Kissimmee.

A man died when his Mitsubishi Lancer drove off the road and crashed into a pond on Waters Edge Drive south of Blue Bayou Drive just before 6:30 a.m. Friday—Florida Highway Patrol said the overturned car was removed, the road later reopened, and the investigation continued.

On May 29th, around 1:30 p.m., three Kissimmee police officers shot 20-year-old Matthew Thomas Koutouzis-Wagner after he allegedly aimed his realistic-looking BB gun at them on West Vine Street—he is now in stable condition at a nearby hospital.

At Osceola Heritage Park Thursday night, the Silver Spurs Riding Club crowned Jasmine Noel Livingston as Miss Silver Spurs.

She and her fellow honorees will serve as ambassadors and appear at the Silver Spurs Rodeo (at the Silver Spurs Arena) (today at 7:30 p.m.) in Kissimmee.

FOX 35’s Morgan Parrish toured damage and debris left by strong storms in St. Cloud yesterday—finding widespread impacts across local areas.

Kissimmee city leaders are preparing for hurricane season by activating a Command and Control Center—located near City Hall—that unifies police, fire, and public works resources to track storms and share live updates in English and Spanish.

The center will provide essential information and safety tips as hurricane season begins tomorrow, June 1.
