- ➤ Today, Kissimmee officials asked hotel developers to rework and resubmit downtown proposals within 30 days after reviewing plans for the Civic Center and Toho Square—city leaders want projects with 120 to 300 rooms, more local jobs, and added retail spaces to meet neighborhood needs.
