  • Harbor House of Central Florida will host its 14th Annual Paws for Peace Walk on Saturday, April 26 to support survivors of domestic abuse and their pets—CEO Michelle Sperzel and event co-chair Jim Hobart join WESH 2’s Jason Guy to raise awareness ahead of the event.  WESH

  • A 25-year-old woman died and a 34-year-old man remains in critical condition after both lost control of their motorcycles and fell from an overpass Monday night on I-4 near Maitland when they failed to make a right turn — the crash is under investigation.  WESH

  • The Osceola County Board of County Commissioners announced the launch of a new Web-Based Permit Notification System today—an online tool that sends real-time alerts about permit numbers, meeting dates, and project details.   • During Monday's meeting, Osceola County commissioners officially adopted a proclamation led by Chairwoman Janer to mark April 30 as Denim Day—supporting survivors of sexual violence—while the board presented the resolution to Lui Damiani of the Victim Service Center.
