- ➤ Today, Osceola County approved an agreement with Panacea Global Energy to move a planned clean energy park from its original Mac Overstreet site to a new location by the Poinciana SunRail station. The deal lets the company buy 10 acres for $5.3 million and earn job and tax incentives, and Panacea must start construction within six months of closing each purchase — some local residents still worry about impacts on nearby park plans.
