  • Parents of exceptional student education children protested at a school board meeting on Tuesday to fight changes that will shift some students to central hubs.   • On April 10, OUC opened its largest solar energy center east of St. Cloud on two separate sites each with more than 600 acres—launching the Harmony II and Storey Bend centers that increased its solar capacity to 271.5 MW, enough to power 50,000 homes.
